En términos de lo previsto en la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (en lo sucesivo denominada como “la Ley”), La Red de Apoyo Cicloviajero México, iniciativa que orienta y apoya a las y los cicloviajeros que se encuentran recorriendo México en bicicleta, establece el presente Aviso de Privacidad de conformidad con lo siguiente: Términos y Condiciones.
- El presente Aviso de Privacidad tiene por objeto la protección de los datos personales de los integrantes de la comunidad cicloviajera (mexicanos y extranjeros) mediante su tratamiento legítimo, controlado e informado, a efecto de garantizar su privacidad, así como tu derecho a la autodeterminación informativa.
- Dato Personal es Cualquier información concerniente a una persona física identificada o identificable; el responsable de recabar los datos personales es el Comité Central de la Red de Apoyo Cicloviajero México.
- Al proporcionar tus Datos Personales por escrito, a través de una solicitud, formato en papel, formato digital, correo electrónico, o cualquier otro documento, aceptas y autorizas a La Red de Apoyo Cicloviajero México a utilizar y tratar de forma automatizada tus datos personales e información suministrados, los cuales formarán parte de nuestra base de datos con la finalidad de usarlos, en apoyo, más no limitativa para: identificarte, ubicarte, comunicarte, contactarte, enviarte información.
- La temporalidad del manejo de tus Datos Personales será indefinida a partir de la fecha en que nos los proporciones, pudiendo oponerte al manejo de los mismos en cualquier momento que lo consideres oportuno, con las limitaciones de Ley; en caso de que tu solicitud de oposición sea procedente, la Red de Apoyo Cicloviajero México dejará de manejar tus Datos Personales sin ninguna responsabilidad de nuestra parte.
- La Red de Apoyo Cicloviajero México responsable del tratamiento de tus datos personales, está obligada a cumplir con los principios de licitud, consentimiento, información, calidad, finalidad, lealtad, proporcionalidad y responsabilidad tutelados en la Ley; por tal motivo con fundamento en los artículos 13 y 14 de la Ley, la Red de Apoyo Cicloviajero México se compromete a guardar estricta confidencialidad de tus datos personales, así como a mantener las medidas de seguridad administrativas, técnicas y físicas que permitan protegerlos contra cualquier daño, pérdida, alteración, acceso o tratamiento no autorizado.
- En términos de lo establecido por el artículo 22 de la Ley, tienes derecho en cualquier momento a ejercer tus derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición al tratamiento de tus datos personales, mediante la solicitud vía correo electrónico dirigido al Comité Central de la Red de Apoyo Cicloviajero México (apoyocicloviajeromx@gmail.com).
- La Red de Apoyo Cicloviajero México ocasionalmente modificará y corregirá este Aviso de Privacidad siguiendo las normativas marcadas por la legislación vigente, por lo tanto te pedimos que revises este aviso regularmente en la página de internet que corresponda (www.racmx.org).
- La Red de Apoyo Cicloviajero México protegerá tus Datos Personales en los términos de la Ley, y te comunicará los elementos contenidos en las fracciones del artículo 16 de la Ley.
- Aportar tus datos personales, es un hecho que presume tu total aceptación al contenido del presente Aviso de Privacidad.
NOTICE OF PRIVACY
In terms of the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter referred to as «the Law»), the Mexico Biketouring Support Network, an initiative that guides and supports bikepackers who are touring Mexico by bicycle, establishes this Privacy Notice in accordance with the following: Terms and Conditions.
1. The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to protect the personal data of the members of the cycling community (mexicans and foreigners) through their legitimate, controlled and informed treatment, in order to guarantee their privacy, as well as their right to informational self-determination.
2. Personal Data is any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person. The person responsible for collecting personal data is the Central Committee of the Mexico Biketouring Support Network.
3. By providing your Personal Data in writing, through a request, paper format, digital format, email, or any other document, you accept and authorize the Mexico Biketouring Support Network to use and process your personal data automatically and information provided, which will be part of our database in order to use them, in support, but not limited to: identify you, locate you, communicate, contact you, send you information.
4. The temporality of the handling of your Personal Data will be indefinite from the date you provide it to us, being able to oppose the handling of the same at any time that you consider appropriate, with the limitations of the Law. In the event that your opposition request is appropriate, the Mexico Biketouring Support Network. will stop handling your Personal Data without any responsibility on our part.
5. The Mexico Biketouring Support Network is responsible for the processing of your personal data, is obliged to comply with the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility protected by Law. For this reason, based on articles 13 and 14 of the Law, the Mexico Biketouring Support Network undertakes to keep your personal data strictly confidential, as well as to maintain administrative, technical and physical security measures that allow them to be protected against any damage, loss, alteration, unauthorized access or treatment.
6. In terms of the provisions of article 22 of the Law, you have the right at any time to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of your personal data, by request via email addressed to the Central Committee of the Mexico Biketouring Support Network (apoyocicloviajeromx@gmail.com).
7. The Mexico Biketouring Support Network will occasionally modify and correct this Privacy Notice following the regulations established by current legislation, therefore we ask you to review this notice regularly on the corresponding website (www.racmx.org).
8. The Mexico Biketouring Support Network will protect your Personal Data in the terms of the Law, and will notify you of the elements contained in the sections of article 16 of the Law.
9. Providing your personal data is a fact that presumes your full acceptance of the content of this Privacy Notice.
